What TenFour is
A market-intelligence tool for drivers: crowd-reported check-ins, aggregated into a live map, plus road reports filed and weighed by other drivers. You need an account to contribute; some features are paid.
What TenFour is not
- Not an ELD. TenFour is not an electronic logging device, is not registered with the FMCSA as one, and must never be used to satisfy any hours-of-service or recording requirement. Anything in the product that touches hours is a planning aid, nothing more.
- Not a source of facts. Every report and every map cell is an aggregate of what other drivers claimed, weighted by their track record. A scale shown "reported closed" can be open. You drive the truck; you make the call. Do not interact with the app while driving.
- Not a broker, carrier or load board. Rate figures are crowd-reported benchmarks, not offers.
Your account
- One account per person. You are responsible for what it does.
- What you file is visible to other drivers under your handle, and feeds the aggregates even after you delete it — in anonymous, numbers-only form (see Privacy).
- Deliberately false reports, spam, scraping, probing other drivers' locations, or gaming the trust system gets an account limited or removed. The rate limits and privacy floors are part of the service, not obstacles to route around.
- You can delete your account at any time, from Account settings.
Paid plans
Paid tiers add features; they do not change whose data this is. Cancel any time; access runs to the end of the paid period. Pricing is on the home page.
The blunt legal part
TenFour is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made on crowd-reported information — including routing, fuel, parking, load or inspection decisions — or for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
If these terms change materially, signed-in users will be told before the change takes effect. Continued use after that is acceptance.
